twistenDeveloped by a team of Twitterers, Twisten.FM is a new mashup that scans through the micro-blogging platform’s public timeline for tweets related to music and then lets us to listen to these songs with just a click. On the main page, you’ll see a list of tweets in a hierachy manner and a play button on the side to simply listen to the song.

All these songs are actually from the music site Grooveshark and you can view the original page where the song is located in by clicking on the TinySong or Twisten.FM link. I pretty love this feature as I can easily create a playlist on Grooveshark and share them with my friends. For each tweet, it shows you the song title, the name of the singer and of course the music.

Overall, I feel that Twisten.FM should allows the sharing of the songs with a shortcut button and this will help benefits both the site and Grooveshark in terms of traffic. Also, they should include a most-played chart that lets users to view which songs are popular or singers have attracted many music fans.
