Apparently, Facebook Checks Where You’re Logging In From
Posted on October 30, 2009 | No Comments

Well, I didn't know about that too until I stumbled across Ed Parsons' screenshot taken from his Mac. On a recent business trip to Uganda to attend the AfricaGIS Conference, the Google's Geospatial Technologist was prompted to enter his birthday to confirm he is the owner of the account.

YouTwitFace Integration in Education
Posted on October 29, 2009 | No Comments
In June, Conan O' Brien predicted that by the year 3000 YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook will merge into "one super time wasting website called YouTwitFace". Not true :D I believe YouTwitFace will become part of the future education system, and teachers will make use of these social websites to impart their knowledge to students.
We are currently living in a technogically-advanced world and the Internet has been highly-regarded as a necessity in life and not a want anymore. For the past generations, kids like me do not even get a chance to surf the Internet at all when they are young.
