If you own a Mac, or have even heard seen a Mac in action, you'll know about Spaces. Spaces is a useful tool to organise your desktop into several different 'Spaces'. For example, you could have one for your iTunes, so as not to take up spaces on one single desktop. Another for your work (i.e Pages/Keynote open), another for Twitter (have TweetDeck or something open) and another for General.

I'm pretty sure most of you guys aren't aware that Facebook actually tracks the location you're logging in from, and even adds an extra layer of security to protect your account if a hacker from an unfamiliar location manages to correctly guess your username and password. Well, I didn't know about that too until I stumbled across Ed Parsons' screenshot taken from his Mac. On a recent business trip to Uganda to attend the AfricaGIS Conference, the Google's Geospatial Technologist was prompted to enter his birthday to confirm he is the owner of the account.

The ‘Hannah Montana’ star’s sudden exit from Twitter has shocked the entire Twitterverse, especially her hardcore fans. The once avid Twitterer with over 2 million followers said she doesn’t miss the micro blogging site on 104.7 FM’s Johnjay and Rich Show in Arizona a week ago. And now, one of her fans has threatened to kill her cat Fuzzy and even intends to create a cat dish out of it if the 16-year-old singer does not return to the micro-blogging platform. In an effort to bring Miley back to Twitter, the loyal Twitter fan of the celebrity launched a website called MileySaveFuzzy to 'raise awareness' of his campaign.
