What's the cost of not showing up to court? For PepsiCo Inc., it's a $1.26 billion default judgment. A Wisconsin state court socked the company with the monster award in a case alleging that PepsiCo stole the idea to bottle and sell purified water from two Wisconsin men.

Now the company is scrambling to salvage the situation. The damages award was handed down on Sept. 30. PepsiCo filed motions to vacate the order and dismiss the claims on Oct. 13, saying it wasn't even aware of the lawsuit until Oct. 6.

You may think that it's yet another iPhone Twitter client which offers basic functions like retweet, @reply, direct messages or follow your friends, but Twizzle is actually the best free Twitter client for the iPhone in the market. I'm serious. It has some really cool and impressive features worth commenting about. For example, this app supports multiple accounts, which is particularly useful if you own both a personal profile used to interact with your friends and another account meant for business-related stuff to communicate with your clients." title="Twizzle: Free iPhone Twitter Client with Multiple Accounts Support & Landscape Tweeting" />

I installed TTR3 this week and incidentally, I found a huge bug inside this app.

I started the game and accidentally hit the Power button during the game, and the music paused immediately as normal. However, when I hit the button again and unlocked the device, the music continued while the popup window "Game Paused" was still on the screen. The most interesting part is, I didn't tap the "Resume" button until the track finished (i.e. all the tappers had gone), and I found that after I resumed the game, all the missed tappers were considered "perfectly hit" and calculated into the streak!

I repeated this experiment again and again and I found that it's quite easy to get a Full Combo after a few attempts. This bug "works" for all songs, no matter themed, purchased or whatever.

In the 1900s, black-and-white televisions covered with a wooden finishing was a popular trend among households. Gradually, as technology advances, Plasma, LCD, 720p, 1080p, HDTV start to emerge into the television market. Television has come a long way, but no one knows exactly what the future of television will be like, do you? Well, according to Ashley Highfield, the UK Managing Director of Microsoft, the so-called 'smart' television would be able to recognize facial expressions and body movements, similar to the concept implemented on Project Natal, the code name for a "controller-free gaming and entertainment experience" by Microsoft for the Xbox 360 video game platform. He added on by saying within the next decade, TVs will be able to predict what you want to watch depending on your mood and choose appropriate programmes, taking into account past viewing preferences.

Chief executive John Lilly revealed on Monday in a Twitter post that Firefox has gained 30 million users in 8 weeks, or an astounding 3.7 million people per week.

"We've seen a significant increase in the number of users for Firefox," said Tristan Nitot, President of Mozilla Europe. "Firefox checks for new versions every 24 hours, when it's running, and when it checks, it pings the Mozilla server. We count the number of pings." "It's amazing to have 330 million users," said Nitot. "That's the size of the population of the USA."
