Acer Tablet Review: Android 3.0 Honeycomb A500 Iconia Tab

A cool new tablet from Acer has recently been released. The Acer Iconia A500 tab is one of several touch tablets that run on the Android 3.0 Honeycomb operating system from Google that specifically has been tailored to suit larger tablet screens. Other such Honeycomb Android tablets include the Motorola Xoom and Asus Transformer tablets. Following the success of Apple’s iPad, these Android-based devices appeal to people who prefer to use touchscreens instead of traditional mice or mousepads on computers or laptops.

There are many purportedly happy users with this tablet, including myself, as this tablet is reasonably priced, as well as available for purchase, unlike the iPad 2, for example, which has been out of stock for a long time.
