The Google Books Monster Will Eat Up Your Library [PIC]

Asaf Hanuka's two-mouthed Google Books monster, which was featured in this month's issue of California Lawyer, paints a grim picture of how the search juggernaut is actually trying to demolish physical libraries, and groups are protesting Google's plan to scan millions of books and build the biggest digital library store. This graphic you see below, however seems to contradict Google's famous slogan -- Don't Be Evil. The controversy over Google Books Search goes all the way back to 2005 when Google decided to to carry out an ambitious plan to make digital copies of 10 million volumes by 2015 and create a vast library of electronic books.

What Comes After the iPad

First it was the iPhone, then the ipad, so what's next? Gizmodo posted several hilarious images of Steve Jobs showing off his next products. Pretty spot on, don't you think so?

Why You Shouldn’t Let Your Girlfriend Play Xbox [VIDEO]

I've no idea whether this is real or not, but at least it's quite amusing after all. The lady was spouting vulgarities because she was on the brink of losing in an Xbox game to her boyfriend, who seemed rather calm. Back in November, we shared a video clip about a crazy girl smashing her boyfriend’s Xbox on the floor and hitting it with a golf club because he was accused of spending up to 10 hours a day on gaming and wasn't pay enough attention to her. She then decided to teach him a lesson by destroying his beloved Xbox.

Did You Know There’s A Hidden Pac Man In LG Logo?

If you own a LG phone and have been looking at the logo unintentionally every day but find nothing unusual about it, then you got to open your eyes big enough this time. Well, did you know that LG's logo is actually inspired by Pac-Man, a very popular arcade game in the 1980s? We consumers and probably even some of the employees working at the South Korean company were not aware about it until the secret was unravelled recently. And it is rather amusing though.

OU Professor Smashes Laptop, after Freezing it [VIDEO]

So apparently it is the 20th century and you can't/don't use a laptop in the college classroom. Computers in the classroom are the future, but apparently Professor Mullen (physics at the University of Oklahoma) doesn't think so. To prove a point he took a broken laptop, doused it in liquid nitrogen, and then smashed it.

Steve Jobs’ Facebook Page [FUNNY]

Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple Inc, has emerged from an orphan in San Francisco to one of the world's most respected CEOs. His company designs great stuff -- iPhone, iPod and Mac. Although he may look rather serious while work, but he is actually a cheeky person when it comes to Facebook. Tay Yek Keak from The Straits Times imagines what Steve Jobs' Facebook page might look like. Full credit goes to The Straits Times (information) and Facebook (design). I have compiled them together to form what you see below. Don't forget to share with your friends!

Hilarious Google Suggestions!

We have seen dozens of sites compiling funny Google Suggestions and you might wonder why are there people who would search nonsensical stuff on the search engine. Here's a video clip created by PeteInABox, which features hilarious suggestions given by Google when you type in a phrase. My personal favorite is "steve jobs is your new bicycle". Check out for more funny ones in the video after the break.

If Osama Bin Laden Had A Twitter Account [VIDEO]

Of course Al Qaeda's founder Osama Bin Laden neither has a genuine Facebook page nor a Twitter profile page. If we ordinary citizens were to know about it before the United States Counter-terrorism committee freezes all his social networking accounts, then it would be doomsday for the Obama administration. Anyway, a United Kingdom man with the YouTube name fellonthedoorproject imagines what will Osama tweet about if he were to own a Twitter account, and puts his ideas into an awesome video clip. It's quite funny though. Enjoy! (Watch the video after the break)
